Folegandros is a relatively small island and its road network is no longer than 12 kilometers in total. It is easy to get all around the island, either on foot, if you are a lover of hiking, or by bike or car but also by the local bus. Also you can participate in one of the local excursions, either traveling around the island by car or by boat, visiting some of the most isolated beaches.

From Karavostassis there are daily itineraries that also travel around the island and visit certain beaches, so you can enjoy your swim.

Folegandros is also a perfect island for the lovers of trekking, due to the mild difficulty of its morphology and the numerous paths for either short or long distances.
In the section about the beaches you can find more details about some special paths. For example, the path that starts from Agios Panteleimonas to Ano Meria and takes you to the beach Ampeli. This is almost half an hour walk. Or, you can follow the path from Livadi settlement to Katergo, which is about one hour walk.

In general, Folegandros is a small island with many beautiful spots and a long history that seeks to obtain its place in the tourist House of Fame of Cyclades, with spectacular results.
