LOCATION: Aethrion Hotel is located at the main square and the most central spot of the heart of Oia Village, and only few meters away from all restaurants, shops and the Caldera. ACCOMMODATION: This charming family run property, was build with a lot of care and taste in 1992, and consist of 12 traditional apartments for 2-4 people and seven luxurious suites for 2 people all based on the Cycladic architecture.
Traditional Apartments 2-4pax: All units consist of one separate bedroom, spacious living room that can easily accommodate at least two more people, private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette, mini fridge, direct dial phone, DSL internet access, hair dryer, satellite TV and A/C. All have private balcony or terrace either with pool or sea view and some with view of the main hotel building.
Suites for 2 pax: The suites consist of one separate bedroom or a spacious open loft bedroom, living room, modern fitted marble w/c shower, hairdryer, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial phone, DSL internet access, floor heating and air condition. All have private balcony mainly with sea view.
FACILITIES: In the facilities of this “Boutique Hotel” are also included beyond the large and spacious public areas and the comfortable rooms, Reception area (working hours 08:00-20:00 daily), Lounge with Satellite TV, Bar, Breakfast area, Swimming pool constructed with glass tiles (working hours 09:00-20:00), sun beds and umbrellas at swimming pool area, Roof terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea and the unique sunset. There is also a Small private Church, Winery with own cellar, Room service, daily maid service, laundry service and ADSL internet access.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellations within 21 days up to 24 hours before arrival, a 50% of the total stay will apply as cancellation fees.
For cancellations within the last 7 days before arrival, or for non shows or departures prior to the scheduled date the 100% of the stay will be charged.
For cancellations prior the 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will apply.
